Fishball ingredients:
- 2 – 3 cups tambakol fillet (finely diced)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 white onion (finely minced)
- 6 tbsp all purpose flour
- HG Seaweed salt
- Pepper
Rest of the ingredients:
- 3 ounces miswa
- 6-8 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 white onion (minced)
- 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 cup leeks (julienned)
- HG Seaweed salt
- Pepper
- Some vegetable oil
Procedure:
- 1. Make the fish balls: combine, mold and pan fry in oil. Set aside once cooked.
- 2. In a stock pot, sauté onion and garlic until translucent and fragrant.
- 3. Add the broth, simmer then toss miswa and then the cucumber.
- 4. Season with seaweed salt and pepper.
- 5. Garnish with some leeks. Serve piping hot.
