      Title: TUNA TINOLA
      Key nutrient: Hydrating / Iodine
      Star ingredient: Yellow Fin Tuna with Seaweed Salt
      Type of preparation: Tinola without ginger
      Other must-have ingredients: lemon grass, bawang, onions, papaya or sayote, seaweed salt

      Ingredients:

      • /2k yellow fin tuna
      • 4-6cloves garlic, crushed
      • 1/2pc onions, whole and peeled
      • 1-2pcs tanglad
      • 1pc sayote, sliced
      • Seaweed salt to taste
      •  

      • Water as needed
