      WELLNESS RECIPES ni Chef Tristan Encarnacion

      Welcome po sa ating Healing Sangkap at isang espesyal na burrito na mayaman sa iron at protein ang ihahanda natin ngayon. Ang star ingredients natin syempre ay ang black rice at lean ground meat.

      RECIPE: FA-burrito!

      Ingredients:

      • 2tbsps oil
      • 2tbsps onions, minced
      • 1tbsp garlic, minced
      • 1/2k ground beef
      • 2cups black rice cooked
      • Seaweed salt as needed
      • Ground black pepper as needed
      • Flour tortillas as needed

      Additions (OPTIONAL):

      • Tomatoes
      • Cucumber
      • Garlic powder
      • Sour cream
      • Cream cheese

      Ilagay ang pinagsamang black rice at ground beef sa flour tortilla. I-rolyo at hatiin sa gitna.
