Equipment needed:
- Panini presser
- Grill pan
- Flag toothpicks
Ingredients:
- 3 pcs dinner rolls
- 3 pcs tuna fillet (cut into round medallions, enough to fit the dinner rolls)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic (grated)
- HG Seaweed Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup grated easy to melt cheese
- Seaweed crisps for garnish
Mixed slaw:
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- Pinch of seaweed salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Blanched spinach
- Nori wrapper / seaweed
Procedure:
- 1. Rub tuna with garlic, seaweed salt, pepper and some vegetable oil.
- 2. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side on grill pan.
- 3. Make the slaw, combine all slaw ingredients.
- 4. Panini press the tuna with the dinner rolls sandwiched with the slaw and cheese.
