Healing Sangkap: Musta-WRAPsa (Mustard Wraps)

Equipment needed:
- Steamer
- Chopsticks
- Parchment paper
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch fresh large mustasa leaves
- 2-3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2-3 tbsp minced white onion
- 1 cup lean ground pork
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup diced singkamas
- 1-2 tbsp fresh wansoy (minced)
- Vegetable oil
- HG Seaweed salt
- Pepper
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice (get some rind as well)
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1-2 tbsp HG Honey
- HG Seaweed Salt
- Pepper
Procedure:
- Prep and heat the steamer.
- In a non-stick pan, heat some vegetable oil over low-medium heat.
- Sauté onion until translucent and garlic until fragrant.
- Add lean ground pork and sauté until thoroughly cooked.
- Add carrots, singkamas and cucumber. (In that order)
- Season with seaweed salt and pepper.
- Turn off the heat and add fresh wansoy.
- Set aside and prepare dressing by combining all its ingredients. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
