Healing Sangkap: FLANANA (Banana leche flan)

Equipment needed:
- Round ramekin or round llanera (personal size)
- Steamer
- Aluminum foil
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 can (14oz) condensed milk
- 1 can (15oz) evaporated milk
- A pinch of HG Seaweed Salt
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 1 ripe banana (sliced)
- 1/2 cup HG Honey
- Stevia leaves for garnish
Procedure:
- In a mixing bowl, combine vanilla extract, egg yolks, mashed banana condensed and evaporated milk. Whisk thoroughly until well blended.
- Add a pinch of seaweed salt.
- Line the bottom part of the ramekin or llanera with some sliced bananas and then drizzle with some honey.
- Pour in flan mixture, cover with aluminum foil, and steam for 30 minutes.
- Transfer in a nice blue plate and garnish with some stevia leaves.
