Equipment needed:

• 4-5 pcs batangas tablea dissolved in 3-4 cups malunggay water
• 1-2 cups cooked black rice
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1/2 cup kesong puti (small dice)
• 1/3 cup honey to finish

Procedure:

• Dissolve tablea in malunggay water over low-medium heat.
• Stir in black rice and cook until it thickens.
• Turn off the heat and add honey and butter.
• Transfer in a serving bowl and top with kesong puti.
