Healing Sangkap: DIMSUMmer (Broc-cauli siomai with apple juice dipping sauce)

Equipment needed:
- dim sum bamboo container
- Parchment/waxed paper
Ingredients:
- 1 cup broccoli (blanched and finely chopped)
- 1 cup cauliflower (blanched and finely chopped)
- 1 cup ground chicken
- 1/3 cup spring onion (finely chopped)
- 1 egg (just the egg whites)
- Siomai wrapper
- HG Seaweed Salt
- Pepper
Apple juice dipping sauce:
- 2 cloves grated garlic
- 1/3 cup red apple juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- HG Seaweed Salt
- Pepper
Procedure:
- Combine dimsum ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Season with seaweed salt and pepper.
- Stuff in siomai wrapper and steam for 10-15 minutes.
- Make the dipping sauce by combining its ingredients and setting it aside in the chiller.
