Healing Sangkap: Aloe & Goodbye (Aloe lychee mojito mocktail)

Equipment needed:
- Blender
- Mason Jars to serve or a nice mojito glass
- Cocktail shaker
- Tongs
- Torch or Gas Stove
Ingredients:
- 1 thick aloe vera stalk (fillet, remove the filling)
- 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/3 cup fresh stevia leaves
- 1/3 cup stevia powder
- 1 cup potable/filtered water
- 1/3 cup HG Honey
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/3 cup chopped lychees (if canned, drain well from the brine)
- Cube ice to serve
Procedure:
- Using a blender, pulse together aloe gel, honey, water, and orange juice.
- Transfer some of the liquid mixture in a cocktail shaker, add lychees, stevia and mint. Shake well.
- Line the mouth of the serving vessel with some powdered stevia, and the walls of the glass with some honey.
- Pour mocktail mixture and garnish with some smoked orange peels and mint/stevia leaves.
