Ingredients:
- 1pc fillet of White fish (Cream Dory)
- Water or Broth / Stock as needed
- Seaweed salt as needed
- Pepper as needed
Poached fish in broth with the rest of the ingredients until cooked. Set aside.
Ingredients:
- 1tbsp Butter, unsalted
- 1tbsp Onions, chopped
- ½ tbsp. Garlic, minced
- 2pcs Asparagus, cut into ¼ inch
- ¼ cup Broccoli florets
- Less than a handful of Spinach leaves
- 1 ½ cups Vegetable stock
- 2tbsps All purpose cream
- Seaweed Salt as needed
- Black pepper as needed
Sauté onions and garlic in butter. Add asparagus, broccoli and spinach leaves. Pour stock and season with seaweed salt and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes or until vegetables are tender. Puree mixture in a blender until smooth. Return into the pan, pour all purpose cream and season again with salt and pepper if needed.
Ingredients:
- 2tbsps Beetroot, diced
- ¼ tbsp. Lemon juice
- ¼ tsp. Curry powder
- Vegetable stock as needed
- Seaweed Salt as needed
- Black pepper as needed
Boil beetroot until soft in a pan with stock. Puree mixture in a blender until smooth. Return mixture into the pan and add lemon juice, curry powder then season with salt and pepper.
Ingredients:
- 1tbsp Creamy yogurt
- ¼ tbsp. Honey
Combine yogurt and honey in bowl. Season with salt and set aside.
Ingredients:
- Cassava or Taro Chips as needed
- Banana Chips as needed
