      Healing Sangkap: Sinabawang Gulay at Isda

      Ingredients:

      • 1pc fillet of White fish (Cream Dory)
      • Water or Broth / Stock as needed
      • Seaweed salt as needed
      • Pepper as needed

      Poached fish in broth with the rest of the ingredients until cooked. Set aside.

      Ingredients:

      • 1tbsp Butter, unsalted
      • 1tbsp Onions, chopped
      • ½ tbsp. Garlic, minced
      • 2pcs Asparagus, cut into ¼ inch
      • ¼ cup Broccoli florets
      • Less than a handful of Spinach leaves
      • 1 ½ cups Vegetable stock
      • 2tbsps All purpose cream
      • Seaweed Salt as needed
      • Black pepper as needed

      Sauté onions and garlic in butter. Add asparagus, broccoli and spinach leaves. Pour stock and season with seaweed salt and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes or until vegetables are tender. Puree mixture in a blender until smooth. Return into the pan, pour all purpose cream and season again with salt and pepper if needed.

      Ingredients:

      • 2tbsps Beetroot, diced
      • ¼ tbsp. Lemon juice
      • ¼ tsp. Curry powder
      • Vegetable stock as needed
      • Seaweed Salt as needed
      • Black pepper as needed

      Boil beetroot until soft in a pan with stock. Puree mixture in a blender until smooth. Return mixture into the pan and add lemon juice, curry powder then season with salt and pepper.

      Ingredients:

      • 1tbsp Creamy yogurt
      • ¼ tbsp. Honey

      Combine yogurt and honey in bowl. Season with salt and set aside.

      Ingredients:

      • Cassava or Taro Chips as needed
      • Banana Chips as needed
