Healing Sangkap: “Papa P” Gulaman (Pandan, pasas at ponkan gulaman)

Equipment needed:
- A nice clear container to layer the gelatin
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh ponkan juice
- 1/2 cup ponkan peels (julienned)
- 1/2 cup water
- 2-3 tbsp honey
- 2 packs powdered gulaman (clear and unflavored)
- 1 bundle fresh pandan leaves boiled in 2 cups of water
- 4-5 drops of pandan essence
- 1 small pack of raisins boiled in 1-2cups of water
Procedure:
- Prepare three pots: one for pandan, one for ponkan, and honey raisin jelly.
- Make the pandan jelly first, by boiling pandan leaves in 2 cups of water, add some green pandan essence and gelatin and set aside.
- Next, make the ponkan jelly, combine orange juice and 1/2 cup water. Heat thoroughly before adding gelatin mixture.
- Next make the honey raisin jelly, combine raisin water with honey, boil it, then add clear gelatin powder.
- Layer this three mixtures in a clear glass —- pandan jelly: pandan leaves as garnish —— ponkan jelly: julienned ponkan peel for garnish —— honey raisin jelly: raisin as garnish.
- Alternate the three-gelatin mixture letting each set before pouring out the other one.
