Ingredients:
- Soft brioche/burger buns
- Slices of tomatoes to serve (optional)
- Sliced cheese squares
- Flag Toothpick
For the dugo patties:
- 2 cups cooked black rice (over cooked to the point na malabsa na)
- 1 cup lean ground beef
- 1 cup pork blood
- 1/2 cup finely diced red apples
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup finely minced garlic
- Some freshly chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup flour
- HG Seaweed salt
- Pepper
- Vegetable oil for pan frying
Pipino coleslaw:
- 1 cup julienned pipino
- 1/2 cup julienned onions
- Mayonnaise
- HG Seaweed salt
- Pepper
Procedure:
- 1. Prepare the slaw by combining all the ingredients. Set it aside in the chiller while preparing the rest of the components.
- 2. Make the patties, combine all ingredients and then pan fry in nonstick pan.
- 3. Add cheese and tomatoes in top.
- 4. Serve in a bun.
