Ingredients:
Dumpling:
- Large dumpling wrappers
- 1 cup lean ground beef)
- 1/2 cup cooked black rice (mashed)
- 1/2 cup singkamas (small dice)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- HG Seaweed salt
- Pepper
Soup:
- 1. Prepare the dumplings. Mix all ingredients well and wrap in dumpling wrappers. Set aside.
- 1/2 cup carrots (small dice)
- 1/2 cup celery (small dice)
- 1 cup radish (small dice)
- 1 bay leaf
- 3-4 cups chicken stock
- Some vegetable oil
- HG Seaweed salt
- Pepper
Procedure:
- 1. Prepare the dumplings. Mix all ingredients well and wrap in dumpling wrappers. Set aside.
- 2. Cook the white onion in oil until transluscent. Add in the bayleaf, carrots, celery and raddish. Pour in the chicken stock. Add in the dumplings. Season with salt and pepper.
