      Eat a wide variety of colored fruits and vegetables and be sure to get your recommended servings: 2 cups of fruit and 2 ½ cups of vegetables, for the best gallbladder health.

      RECIPE: Fruit Cooler

      Ingredients:

      • 1/2cup watermelon, cubed or balled
      • 1/2cup melon, cubed or balled
      • 1/4cup cucumber, skin off, cubed
      • 1/2cup ripe mango, cubed or balled
      • 1/2cup ripe pineapple, cubed
      • Rock salt as needed
      • White sugar as needed
      • Honey to taste
      • 1tbsp lemon or calamansi juice
      • Water as needed
      • Crushed ice as needed

      In a bowl, combine all the fruits, add equal amounts of salt and sugar, pour half of the lemon juice, mix well. Once juices excretes, pour water if needed, add honey and transfer into indivudual glass with ice, equally. Serve chilled
